Dr. Mahesh Luthia brings with him more than 24 years of experience in academia, research, and industry. He earned his Ph.D. and MBA in Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences from NMIMS, Mumbai, with doctoral research focused on re-conceptualizing customer orientation in the contemporary Indian BFSI sector.
He has been actively engaged in internationalization of education, managing cross-border projects, and delivering various professional training programs. His diverse career spans consulting roles with both profit and non-profit organizations, strategic leadership in the edu-tech sector, and a decade of teaching experience with SVKM’s Institute of International Studies (IIS) in collaboration with Kingston University, London.
Prior to joining Chetana’s Institute of Management and Research, Dr. Luthia managed the operations of Kenilworth Global Consulting, a U.S.-based edu-tech firm in India, supporting international universities with strategic advisory services and global student recruitment.

- Teaching & Training: Taught undergraduate and postgraduate programs in partnership with Kingston University, London; trained at Kingston University UK in academic and quality assurance practices.
