Dr. Habsah Binti Mohamad Sabli is a Senior Lecturer (DH52) and currently serves as the Head of the Research, Innovation and Commercialization Unit at Politeknik Mukah Sarawak, Malaysia. With an academic foundation that spans entrepreneurship, finance, business administration, and technical education, she earned her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 2019, following her MBA in 2013 and BBA in Finance from UKM in 2004.
Dr. Habsah combines strong academic expertise with practical industry experience. Early in her career, she worked as a Consumer Loan Officer at CIMB and held various roles in administration and business before entering academia. Her extensive contributions include teaching courses in finance, investment management, insurance, and business mathematics, while also supervising innovation-driven student projects.
She is recognized for her outstanding academic achievements and research contributions, having received multiple awards such as the PMU Academia Award for Research & Innovation (2022) and numerous Outstanding Workers Awards.

- Certified Panel Assessor, Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) (2016–present).
- Advisory Member, The Institute Engineers and Scientist (TheIRes).
- Board of Study, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNIMAS (Postgraduate Programs).
