• September 15th, 2025 – Call for Papers
  The official announcement for paper submission begins. Researchers, academics, and practitioners are invited to submit their abstracts and papers aligned with the conference sub-themes.
• October 20th, 2025 – Full Paper Submission & Payment
  Deadline for submitting full papers and completing the registration payment process. Only papers submitted and paid for by this date will be considered for presentation.
• October 23rd, 2025 – Notification of Submission
  Authors will receive confirmation and notification regarding the acceptance of their submitted papers. This ensures adequate time for preparation before the conference.
• November 1st, 2025 – Conference Day
